God Bless America?

There is an excess of opinions swirling around in my head–but you knew that, didn’t you?  Otherwise, why would I be called Little Miss Know it All?

The truth is, there’s a lot I want to say about the combination of politics and religion, or government and religion, and the trap that many Americans are falling into.  But there’s so much, its hard to sort it all out and write it down in a coherent argument.  So I’m starting a new blog series, called God Bless America.  Hopefully if I break it down a piece at a time, I won’t start to rant (at least not too much) and I’ll keep it coherent for you.  Because the more passionate I get, the harder it is for me to put it into words.  I’m sure you know the feeling.

Part 1–the Saduccees and the Pharisees

Part 2–Israel in the Old Testament and the similarities with modern America

Part 3–Using God like a Buddha to rub his belly

Part 4–Religion in schools and government

Part 5–Idolatry, plain and simple

Part 6–God Bless America around the world

All along the way, I’d like to hear from you.  Agree?  Violently disagree?  I’m sure there will be some of both.  Especially when I open up on the fallicies of ‘God Bless America.’  I’d be pleased to hear from you.
